We believe that it is important that the client takes ownership of the new system and therefore as many elements as possible of existing systems used by the client are incorporated into the new manual. This ensures that the character and originality of the client’s system is preserved.
Where required, all systems documentation, including Quality Manuals, Operating Procedures and Specifications are produced to a professional standard and in an agreed format using standard word processing software.
