We conduct audits of producers' quality management systems on behalf of customers as part of their supplier approval process.

We provide a remedial service to identify and shore up weaknesses in quality systems in any part of the food chain.


HACCP

We provide expertise in hazard analysis and risk assessment to identify those hazards that pose a significant threat to the safety of your products. We cover all aspects relevant to BRC Certification to develop clear and concise HACCP Plans that focus resources on those factors where control is imperative to produce
safe food.


Planning for Food Safety and Hygiene

Let us advise you on how to design out hazards and build food safety and hygiene into your premises and plant layout. By involving us early during the planning stages, clients can avoid mistakes that are costly to rectify later.


Interim Management

Projects can be undertaken on a consultancy or interim basis. Use us as an additional technical resource to carry out projects and to cover for absence and unfilled vacancies.
